Hot and Cold dual purpose hot and cold therapy wrap for bodily pain relief.  this item's intended purpose is to alleviate both muscle aches and chronic pain.  

 Original Neck Wrap and Back Wrap can be heated up in microwave with water for moist heat therapy or place in the freezer for cold therapy. this hot snd cold therapy wrap can be used on the neck, low back, or anywhere else that requires tension relief.  it is filled with buckwheat, which makes it supple and form-fitting. the buddy pack easily conforms to body wherever it is placed for user ease and comfort.

Instructions:

can put in microwave: heat up for 1 minute and 30 seconds with moist water ( not super wet) wait 5 minutes to test the heat ( heat bag can cause burns so please be careful)

Freezer:  put it in plastic bag. put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
